Why do practice of law incumbents believe that they can elicit and expose innocent civilians sightly because they ar different feeling teenagers? I think that if a police officer sees a put one over that is on a skate or has baggy garb they take them for a unfavorable person and think its alright to harass them even with come to the fore on the dot cause.
